So in fact from Neeten 1969 is a viable option.

There are two sources which place this talk on Mar 31, 1970 in Jabalpur, the CD-ROM and Neeten's Osho Source Book. That they are approaching it from different angles and not connecting Vidroh with Rebellion makes them reasonably independent and the data therefore fairly solid imo.

And it's a bit tenuous at this point but Vidroh may have been added as a chapter in Yuvak Aur Yon (युवक और यौन). At least there is a chapter in expanded versions of Yuvak with this as its title. And since another early pamphlet, Yuvak Kaun? (युवक कौन?) has also met this treatment, as have the four chapters of Nari Aur Kranti (नारी और क्रांति), it may not be much of a stretch. -- updated doofus-9 (talk) 19:27, 15 December 2014 (PST)

In my version of Neeten's Osho Source Book, he mentions of this title:

Hindi, 1968: Vidroh Kya Hai (The Hippie Rebellion). 1968/69.
Hindi, 1970: Vidroh Kya Hai? 31.03.1970

he also has two mentions of What Is Rebellion?:

Lectures and Discourses 1964-1974: Pre-1970: What is Rebellion? *H 1 31.03.69 Jabalpur
Lectures and Discourses 1964-1974: 1970: What is Rebellion? W H 1 31.03.1970pm Jabalpur (in which "W" means the source is this Wiki)

So in fact from Neeten 1969 seems a viable option.

Further, the List of Early Books says

What is Rebellion?--31/3/69 Hindi, Unpublished, only one discourse (in Jabalpur)
