I am a natural health practitioner and educator. Born in Connecticut, and always knowing I belonged in Cal. I moved here in 1971. I started my training as a healer in 1986 after having studied the fighting arts for 9 years. I am versed in qigong, Medical Qigong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Reflexology, yoga, Myofascial Release & Integration and the Radcliff Method.
