>> Walk in line of direction, feet never going ahead of other foot (tiny steps) centred in hara. 
   1. Hands in cup position over heart. Reverse direction, always beginning on right foot.
   2. Hands pushing forward to back of person in front.
   3. Hands moving from right to left side.
   4. Any walking posture you want keeping slow rhythm in step.
