Spirals is based on live-in-the-studio improvisations of overtone singing that was edited upon which Ravi added sounds , his voice and "re mixed" ; no instruments (eg synthesisers) were used, apart from singing bowls, bells, and Kaval (flute) on Balmy in Bali

Himalayan Flight was the first track on the first compilation by the BBC programme Late Junction and was also used in the award winning film Touching the Void and also used by a leading Japanese theatre company.
