Narendra was born in the same town Gadarwara ( Madhya Predesh ) India, where Osho passed His golden childhood and became a youth. Both were educated in the same schools. Narendra did his post graduation in Psychology from the university of Jabalpur. He also did his Phd. work, "the Effect of Meditation on Personality Change", under the guidance of Dr. N.C. S. Rao, but the real guide for his research work was Osho. He then worked as a lecturer in P.G.B.T. college and a career master  at Martand Higher Secondary School, Rewa for 4 years.

He then went to Rajneeshpuram, again joined Osho Asharm at Pune in 1986. Osho left His body on 19th Jan, 1990. [[Pagal Baba]] had chosen Osho to perform all his last rites.
