In the early 90's I read Osho's book The Zen Manifesto and my mind was blown away. For the first time in my life I realized that I am on a path. Osho opened my eyes to the whole world of spirit. After many years of listening, reading practicing Osho meditations I felt the need to find a living spiritual discipline. Osho spoke about all the spiritual disciplines. I particularly loved his talks on Zen Buddhism. I practiced Yoga, Sufi Whirling, Gurdjeiff's Work and Ascension meditations before finding Zen Buddhism.

I worked in a full time IT career for about two decades before deciding to leave. Now my main focus is my spiritual practice and I do some freelance work. I have taken an inside-out approach. I work on my inner self and let that inform my contribution to the outer world.

I am a life coach since 2013. As a coach I partner with and support my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals.

I am certified in Brain Based Coaching methodology designed by neuroscientist Dr. David Rock. How we think and feel informs our actions and leads to our state of being. I coach individuals on all levels – thoughts, feelings and actions/behavior to facilitate growth, well-being and happiness. I am also a trained cancer coach. Coaching supports a cancer patient to manage their state of mind thus allowing them to respond well to the primary treatment and prevent relapse.

I am a professional, down-to-earth, supportive and insightful person. A unique combination of spiritual experience, Neuroscience-Based Coaching Certification and knowledge of Applied Buddhist Psychology gives me a deep insight into how the human mind works and makes me an intuitive Life Coach and a comprehensive Professional Coach.

I have been privileged to work with many individuals and NGOs. I am also empanelled as a cancer coach with an organization that provides care for cancer patients.
