Sw Satyananda

Satyananda was born Mar 30, 1927 and left his body on Jan 29, 2017.

After the Second World War, he spent six years working for the Süddeutsche Zeitung as Middle East and Africa correspondent (1947-1953). Following that he travelled the whole world as a political reporter for the German magzine Stern.

He met Osho in 1977, took Sannyas and in 1979 published his chart-topping bestseller Ganz entspannt im Hier und Jetzt.

After Osho's death, he worked in the USA for eight years as an indepent writer. He returned to Germany in 1998 where he ran a seminar house together with his partner Gitama.

Sadly, he just left his body on Sunday, Jan 29, 2017.
