There is one class a week for seven weeks either on a Monday or Wednesday evening from 6:45pm - 9:30pm. It comes with a comprehensive 165 page manual. The course is unique in that Abby has applied his NLP skills to model the language patterns of Osho. The result is that novice meditators learn at a much faster rate than through traditional methods. Experienced meditators also report that their meditations are also enhanced.

Novice meditators learn how to quieten the self talk and experience moments of total inner silence often after only a few minutes of instruction.
