The "sort of unknown" publisher datum refers to "Charu Sapra (Distributor) (2013)", found as the publisher description in the book bumpf supplied by A**zon.in, the only source for this book. "Charu Sapra" turns out to be an author of several technical books and various others but i could find no other reference to s/he/it being a publisher, so ye olde grain of salt was taken.
