The existence of this book was not even suspected until a quote from it was seen recently, in English, not that the book has been translated. First assumption was that it was a mistake, but then a copy of the official 1979 edition was found in the Toronto Public Library. But that's it, that's all there is.

Since it is a fairly large book, 572 pages, it could have as many as twenty discourses or even more. The quote cited chapter 16. Some thoughts: Its publication could have been an impetus to the 1979 series Mrityorma, to complete the trilogy. There is an eleven-discourse gap in the Hindi schedule in May 1978 when the talks could have been given and -- who knows? -- it could have been supplemented by the eight talks of Tamso, likely from a much earlier time and likely never before published. No audio is known for Asato. -- doofus-9 (talk) 11:05, 20 October 2014 (PDT)
