About the 1996 edition: It looks authentic, source is Jain Library, an online free library with audio and high-quality e-books. Themes are mostly Jain-related, eg Osho's talks on Mahavir but they have seven volumes of Gita Darshan. About "512 pages" and "H/E", it is not clear what book type the original 1996 hard copy was, hardcover is assumed based on its long publishing history; and 512 pages may refer to e-book version, not hard copy. -- doofus-9 15:16, 5 June 2016 (UTC)
If you look at the pages 2, 7, 511-512 of a pdf file of this book from the above-mentioned website, some pages are slightly skewed, you can clearly see that this is a scan of the book. On this site there are several e-books, a files of which have no covers, no publisher notice, only a text, and no book design. Corrected the book type. --DhyanAntar 04:37, 3 October 2017 (UTC)
Nov 2018 update
Info relating to editions from the 70s previously assumed to be earlier editions of this volume has been moved to Geeta-Darshan, Adhyaya 1-2 (गीता-दर्शन, अध्याय १-२). -- doofus-9 23:06, 9 November 2018 (UTC)
