Antar, i've removed "Part I is called Язык существования and Part II - Новая алхимия."
you are just duplicating the TOC and stating the obvious.
also note that i reformatted the TOC and removed the BOLD format.

It's fine. This explanation is no longer needed, when there is TOC, and it is necessary to explain the presence of two books in one, when there is no TOC.
