There may be some unclarity concerning the exact location of Hindi discourses for this period (Buddha Hall vs Chuang Tzu Auditorium). For now, location has been entered as Buddha Hall.

As of this writing, no reliable source has been found for this information. Anecdotal sources and memory suggest different things, and the announcements (of dates and venues) at the beginnings of discourse tapes have been expunged by Pune authorities, citing (as they do) Osho's guidance.

The CD-ROM does state venues but only for English original talks and those Hindi talks that had been translated as of 1993 or so, only about thirty and most of them preceding Pune One. For 1981, it is completely reliable, since there are no Hindi discourses from that year that have been translated. At the beginning of the Pune One period, it may be less reliable, as neither Buddha Hall nor Chuang Tzu had been built when that period began, but the CD-ROM has the very first discourses in both English and Hindi in Buddha Hall.

A more in-depth exploration of this theme can be found at the page on these venues. -- doofus-9 (talk) 10:15, 2 February 2015 (PST)

And regarding the apparent resumption of talks at the end of the year during the "Silent Period," these were special talks given privately and in fact their dates -- and for Glimpses, chapter numbers as well -- are not known with any precision, so the data entered are approximate, a "best guess" based on the discussions at Talk:Glimpses of a Golden Childhood. -- doofus-9 (talk) 20:01, 10 March 2015 (UTC)

re the May 81 satsangs :

i just inserted them assuming they were done in Osho's presence. my question here is, was he really present at all of them?

and my next question, we also have satsang recordings for the whole of Jun while Osho was already in the US. were they recorded in Poona?

My memory is not so reliable but i believe he was present for all of them and they did remain in Pune, though the "principal" previous satsang musicians all went to the States. The announcement tracks should say. The Jun 1 one says it was in Pune. -- doofus-9 (talk) 07:22, 13 March 2015 (UTC)

I offers to add to the title of March 21 "Enlighttenment Day Celebration", because there are two albumes (1981-03-21 Enlightenment Day ~ Ashram Music Group and 1981-03-21 Enlightenment Day ~ Instrumental) and the fact of the presence of Osho on the event states in the book The Sound of One Hand Clapping ch.21: "Tonight there is an Enlightenment Day Celebration in Bhagwan's silent presence. This chapter in the book comprises quotes on celebration and several photos." (the words fron CD-ROM).

Did May's Satsangs rially were in the morning? As i understand whey usually were in the evening? I know that period was silent of Master.

Yet one question about May's Satsangs: wiki has not music records for May 23, 28, 29 and 30. Is there confirmation of the presence of Satsangs in these dates?

Maybe Osho was present in Jul 17? 1981-07-17 Guru Purnima album says: "Guru Purnima Day Celebration. Chidvilas, Montclair, New Jersey, U.S.A." This place was before Oregon's rancho.--DhyanAntar 12:22, 20 December 2017 (UTC)

Can anyone make comments about May's events and Jul 17?--DhyanAntar 05:54, 5 January 2018 (UTC)

there were several silent satsangs while Osho was in Chidvilas, but i have no idea when. --Rudra 13:40, 11 January 2018 (UTC)
