Talk:Osho Timeline 1969

Obsolete material above deleted, see History if interested. Under: sometime in 1969 / Kulu, Manali, India (Hindi) were four series, none very likely to have had even one discourse in Manali, never mind all four, so that changed to "somewhere"; and Early Talks #7 added, ie not one of original four, which are all somewhat suspect, certainly regarding Manali, and possibly regarding 1969 as well.

i really think we ought to keep Osho's letters and discourses/darshans seperate. he's written hundreds, if not thousands of letters and i don't want them littering the discourse timeline. he's written so many letters, they actually deserve their own timeline.

Re: 26 Aug 1969 pm / CCI Chambers, Bombay, India (Hindi) (Early Talks, # 3),

The CD_ROM, while not infallible, says that talk was Aug 26, 1970 -- Sarlo (talk) 20:08, 17 January 2014 (PST)

15 Aug 1969

Regarding the entry for Aug 15, Agyat and the mention of Towards the Unknown at the top under "Sometime in 1969", they don't fit well with other info, could be suspect. FWIW, Agyat entry read "Ajñ ata k i ora" if that will help in locating source. They are mentioned in Neeten's Osho Source Book but not convincingly. -- updated doofus-9 (talk) 18:42, 1 March 2015 (UTC)

7 to 17 Aug 1969

This extremely crowded schedule is POSSIBLY all correct, but fairly unlikely. The 15th date for Agyat (see above) is by far the most dubious. Reasonable explanations for all the rest being correct are:

1. Have all the Cheti talks earlier in the period. There may only be six, and even if seven, they could have happened easily in the time frame of 7th to 13th, preceding all the Tamso talks.
2. It is not completely known at this point where the venues were for Tamso and some of the others. Possibly more problematic if in Ahmedabad, but really, Ahmedabad and Baroda are not that far apart, and driving time between venues in one then the other might easily be less than an hour.
3. The 15th may have had four talks, but this is not impossible, just a bit hectic. It has been done in other contexts. There were apparently no camp-like meditations, all urban venues, and themes for the one-offs all political.
4. Some pm times collide, but they could be resolved if that were the only problem.
5. Sources for the varied series which have come together in this short time may have erred, but all are decent sources doing their best. -- doofus-9 19:32, 25 January 2019 (UTC)

Early Talks ~ 02 conflicts with Mahaveer: Meri Drishti Mein series. Maybe translation?--DhyanAntar 08:10, 5 January 2020 (UTC)

25~31 Dec 1969

Hindi series of talks with dates 2 (source document): सुख शांति आनन्द का सूत्र (Sukh Shanti Anand Ka Sutr), 1 talk, 1969. As all previous talks in this list are in choro. order, then the date should be on 25~31 Dec 1969. It is unclear relation with Sukh Aur Shanti (सुख और शांति), Bharat Ke Jalte Prashna (भारत के जलते प्रश्न) and Dekh Kabira Roya (देख कबीरा रोया).

Other talk mentioned in this list: काम एक नयी दष्टि (Kaam Ek Nayi Dashti), 1 talk, 1969. Last word is meant Drishti? Again this talk cab be in the same period. Maybe it related with Anant Ki Pukar (अनंत की पुकार)?--DhyanAntar 05:32, 4 September 2020 (UTC)
