Yes, I think so too. The ''[[Lao Tzu Library Book List 1992-11-01 (source document)|Lao Tzu Library Book List]]'' only has 4 copies of that "second edition" (JJK 1972), and does not mention the first edition. So I imagine that first edition was very limited, and reprinted in the same year.
