Re 2012 edition, publisher status also attributed to Rebel (by Osho World). And about the last chapter, it IS available as audio (at o.com and perhaps others) but was not available for many years, since the original audio was lost. 1970 ed. has 6 chapters, they match first 6 chapters (of 7) of Shailandra's PDF. Meditation parts are missing in the edition and presented in the PDF.
Checked OW audios with Shailendra's PDF: #1-3, 5-7 match; #4th is missing on OW. The audios are complete and have intros of Neti-Neti.--DhyanAntar 07:52, 25 November 2020 (UTC)
