This book does not show dates for the interviews / chapters. The dates and ArchiveCodes of the chapters mentioned for this book on the CD-ROM are wrong. Those dates actually refer to the chapter numbers of The Inward Revolution. Both books have 12 chapters, but the order of the chapters is completely different. The makers of the CD-ROM must have assumed that the chapter-order is the same.

Moreover, chapter 12 has as Date/ArchiveCode 71-10-21-5, the same as chapter 10. This is, we must assume, wrongly copied. In the erroneous "system" mentioned above, that should have been 71-02-10-5.
