That seems OK to me from the standpoint of what we call "early". But there is one other consideration: the historical categories that the publishers (mainly Rajneesh Foundation) applied in their publication-lists. Those lists were the basis for our categories. They used "Early Discourses and Writings" for many titles. Of these, some are about talks after 1 July 1970. As far as I know, that could be these:

The Inward Revolution

Flight of the Alone to the Alone

LSD: A Shortcut to False Samadhi

The Occult Meaning of Asanas and Mudras

Yoga As a Spontaneous Happening
