The title and chapter numbers are used on the CD-ROM, and also for the naming of audio and video media.; Chapter 4 is the first part (first 6 questions) of an interview with Maneesha in Kathmandu, Nepal on 1986-02-08. The second part of that interview (the last question) has been published as Light on the Path #34. The audio of the whole event has been published under the latter name.; Chapter 11 (date unknown) is missing on the CD-ROM, it may be an interview that was not recorded, or missing. See the discussion for more on this.; Chapter 15 (86-08-14-5) does exist (there is audio and video), but has apparently not been transcribed and did not make it onto the CD-ROM.
