- Beloved Osho, when I look at the moments when I feel separate from you, from my love and the rest of existence, it is usually the shadows of comparison and jealousy; and when I go deeper I usually get in touch with a deep insecurity and the feeling of being inferior.
- Would you please guide me on how I can lift these shadows and how to feel free of them?

- Beloved Osho, it seems that whenever I have experienced a feeling of well-being inside, it is always followed by a wave of self-condemnation. And the deeper and more intense the laughter and celebration becomes, the deeper and more intense the condemnation that follows in its wake. I feel as if I am being strangled by it.
- Will there ever be a point when it will disappear or will it remain a shadow of my enjoyment?
