Title: Ma Dharm Jyoti geïnterviewd door Meera
Published: Jun 15, 2015, 12,506 views (on 2023-03-08)
From YouTube:
English translation: In this interview, Indian Ma Dharm Jyoti talks about a number of events from her life as a sannyasin. It starts with the story of how she met Osho in 1968 and how he involved her in his work. Jyoti further relates how then (in Bombay) the giving of sannyas and the wearing of orange clothes was initiated by Osho. That was not easy: Osho was extremely controversial in India, it was the time when he broke a great taboo by regularly speaking in public about sexuality before an audience of thousands. The organization of the meditation camps held at that time is discussed, as well as her own experience with meditation and the way in which Osho developed his active meditations. The move to Poona in 1974 is discussed, as is the opposition of the Indian authorities after Osho's return from America to Poona. The interview concludes with some comments from Jyoti about the changes in the contemporary organization of the Poona ashram and the new way of giving sannyas. Jyoti is the author of the book 'One Hundred Tales for Ten Thousand Buddhas'.
