Maria-Carin took sannyas aged 4 and attended the Osho Ko-Hsuan school in the UK for 8 years where she leant how to live in a communal setting, deal with interpersonal relationships and take responsibility for herself. Subsequently Maria-Carin rebelled against the “Osho conditioning” to then find her own integration. Today Maria-Carin is passionate about a healthy lifestyle, cooking and eating, as well as dancing.

Today our guest is Ma Prem Karin - AKA Maria-Carin. Maria-Carin was born in 1983 in Detmold, Germany and presently lives in the UK.
Maria-Carin is a chef and cookbook author and took sannyas in 1987 aged 4. She attended the Osho Ko-Hsuan school in the UK for 8 years, and leant how to live in a communal setting, dealing with interpersonal relationships and take responsibility for herself. Subsequently Maria-Carin rebelled against the “Osho conditioning” to then find her own integration. Today Maria-Carin is passionate about healthy lifestyle, cooking and eating, as well as dancing.
