Federal prosecutions of the Rajneeshees stretched over 20 years after charges were filed in 1985 and those accused surrendered one by one over the years. Four remain fugitives. Here are the cases closed by federal and state prosecutors, listed by their sannyasin name and their legal name at the time they were in Oregon.

Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh – Pleaded guilty to federal immigration charges; fined $400,000, put on five years probation, deported.

Ma Anand Sheela (Sheela Birnstiel)	Pleaded guilty to federal immigration fraud, salmonella poisoning, wiretap conspiracy, state charges of attempted murder and first-degree arson. Served two years in federal prison; released 1988. Subsequently convicted of murder conspiracy in trial held in Switzerland and was fined.
Ma Anand Puja (Diane Onang)	Pleaded guilty to federal charges of salmonella poisoning and wiretap conspiracy and state charge of attempted murder. Served two years in federal prison; released 1988.
Ma Prem Savita (Sally Anne Croft)	Convicted of federal charges of conspiracy to murder and wiretap conspiracy. Served two years in federal prison; released 1998.
