- 'Humanity has not changed in all this time. But we have.' They've been here for eight thousand years. They've had enough. It was her own face looking at her. Anuschka watched as it gradually changed shape, the nose twisting grotesquely, the eyes burning gold; the head turned, as it always did, revealing the lack of ears and hair, though a resplendent halo of blue fire encircled the cranium. Green sparks shimmered between pointed teeth. Seven people from around the world have been experiencing the same, disturbing visions. They don't know what these visions mean, they just know they have to find the truth. Their quest will take them through a bizarre underworld of neo-Nazis, UFOs, past lives, telepathy and American agents till the dramatic climax on the wilds of Dartmoor in South-West England. The odds are stacked heavily against them but their need to survive is paramount. For they have a date with forces beyond imagining.
