Far Out Disco Berlin

Das Far Out wurde am 23. Feb 1983 am Kurfürstendamm 156 von Sannyasins eröffnet.

23 Jahre war es der schönste Tanztempel in Berlin. Das Publikum und die Musik waren total breit gemischt, die Gastgeber tolerant. Jeder konnte sein , wie er war. Der Raum war hell und sauber, die Musik nicht zu laut.

2006 musste das Far Out die Räumlichkeiten am Ku-damm verlassen und zog an den Potsdamer Platz in den Club Amadeus. Der Inhaber gab den Club 2007 auf, sodass eine neue Räumlichkeit gesucht und auch gefunden wurde:

Uns erinnert der Club sehr an das alte Far Out. Die Bars sind sehr ähnlich angeordnet, unsere ehemaligen Angestellten stehen hinter den Bars, unsere DJs machen die Musik und wir fühlen uns sehr willkommen. Danke an die Betreiber, wir geben uns große Mühe für uns alle jeden Dienstag die After Work- und Mittwoch die After Eight-Partys zu gestalten.

The Berlin Zorba the Buddha "Far Out" was opened by Sannyasins Feb 23,1983 at Kurfürstendamm 156.

For 23 years it was the most beaiutiful dance temple in Berlin. It had a wide variety of patrons and music and tolerant hosts. Everyone could be himself. The premises were bright and clean, the music wasn't too loud.

The Far Out had to leave the Ku-damm premises in 2006 and moved to Potsdamer Platz into Club Amadeus. As the owner closed the club in 2007, we had to look for a new venue and found one...

Club Maxxim at Joachimstalerstr. 15 in Charlottenburg!

The club very much reminds us of the old Far Out. The bars are arranged quit similar, our original staff is still behind the bar, our DJs make the music and we feel very welcome. We thank the owners and we try our best when we host every Tuesday the After Work and every Wednesday the After Eight parties.
