Happy to Be Happy

Happiness is a precious asset, the most valuable for those who follow the footsteps of their destiny because they know that the soul’s journey is infinite, and it’s better to travel happily. That’s the way things are in the universe when we resolve that minimal consciousness. Happiness is, in fact, real, tangible, and in our hands. It’s congenital, endemic, and implicit in our very existence, an integral part of everything, and eternally present when we wake up and welcome it in us. It’s an exclusively inner dimension of being, free from constraints and conditions, which manifests as a simple state of pure positive vital energy. Therefore, the achievement of perpetual happiness is an intrinsic tendency to life itself. Every being pursued it in all possible ways, chasing it always and everywhere, sometimes confusing it even with external gratifications. We also seek it and are determined to get to the source most easily: following the impulse of our desire and shifting the field of investigation within us in the sophisticated simplicity of what we are. And it’s precisely there that we find happiness - the permanent, stable, and definitive one - in the most obvious way and place: riding the soul’s yearning to the total depth of the self. It’s a relatively comfortable journey and a rather close location, being exclusively within us. This book is a manual on deprogramming, reprogramming, and implementation. It’s also a manual for enlightenment, conscious living, and presence. It first reveals the supreme key to happiness. It then delves into the related fundamental issues: the map of reality, immediate inversion, desires, collective consciousness, justifications, and various techniques, understandings, and information designed to consolidate the underlying mood to personify in our lives' journey: that of happiness. WARNING: The virus of happiness infects this book. It might be contagious. That’s universal teaching. Enjoy your practice.
