Chapter 1 is a translation from English ch.1 of Yoga: The Alpha and the Omega, Vol 5 , which published as ch.1 of Patanjali Yog-Sutra, Bhag 3 (पतंजलि योग-सूत्र, भाग तीन).

Chapter 2 published as ch.10 of Mahaveer Ya Mahavinash (महावीर या महाविनाश) (1994 and 2011 editions).

Chapters 3-5 also available as ch.3, 1-2 of Sukh Aur Shanti (सुख और शांति) respectively.
