It is a typed letter, dated 10th January 1964, sent from Jabalpur and signed (and even typed) with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published.
The recipient's name is Rajendranath Tripathi, who worked for the Life Insurance Corp of India in Bombay, after starting with them in Nagpur. It seems he participated in the meditation classes 26-28 Dec 1963 organized at Bombay, which mentioned in Letter written on 16 Dec 1963 am.
It is one of four letters known to have been written to Shree RN. Letterhead is the same as the two below from Sep 1963. The envelope belonging to the letter is underneath.

- "Dear Atman,
- Love. It’s late having received (your) letter. After returning from Bombay I had been travelling, hence couldn’t reply you instantly in spite of desiring so. That day when I didn’t see you in the assembly, I felt may be your health is not OK."
- (Note: Osho is referring to his visit at Bombay for the Meditation Classes organized on 26-27-28 Dec 1963 as per the Letter written on 16 Dec 1963 am written to Ma Anandmayee.)
