Letter written on 15 Apr 1961 am
This is one of hundreds of letters Osho wrote to Ma Anandmayee, then known as Madan Kunwar Parakh. It was written in the morning of 15th April 1961 on an unusual letterhead, perhaps related to a recent or upcoming event, similar to that of Letter written on 25 Nov 1960. The central part of the letterhead reads: "Sant Taaran Taran Jayanti Samaroha Samiti", Sant Taaran Taran Birthday Celebration Committee / "Karyalay" (Office) -- Digambar Shop, Jawaharganj, Jabalpur (M.P.). To the right of that: "Mantri" (secretary), RL Jain, MA, LLB. In the upper left corner is Osho's name, Acharya Rajneesh, with an uncertain designation above, possibly meaning something like "guest speaker".
Osho's salutation in this letter is "पूज्य मां", Pujya Maan, Revered Mother, which may be the new usual for this period. There are none of the handwritten marks of various colours found on most earlier letters except a couple of pale blue squiggles in the middle, of unknown significance, and which may actually be on the back of the letter.
This letter has been published, in Bhavna Ke Bhojpatron Par Osho (भावना के भोजपत्रों पर ओशो) on p 89 (2002 Diamond edition).

- Partial translation
- "I have been to Bombay (for Mahavir Jayanti). The tour has been pleasant and the program has been nice. Also in regard to Bal Seva Mandir there was a talk with Shree Sahu Shreyannshchandra Ji, Abhayraj Ji Baldota, Yekaji and Tarachand Bhai. Empathy (assistance) of all of them can be available.
- You had written about to come to Chanda (for me) in the last letter – it’s frightening (to come there) in the hot days – and as such you are coming to Pachmadhi – if there is no plan to come to Pachmadhi then I would come to Chanda. It would be better to stay at Pachmadhi (a tourist hill station) for 10-15 days."
