This is one of hundreds of letters Osho wrote to Ma Anandmayee, then known as Madan Kunwar Parakh. It was written on 27th September 1963 in the afternoon. The letterhead has "Acharya Rajneesh" in a large, messy font to the left of and oriented 90º to the rest, which reads:

115, Napier Town
Jabalpur (M.P.)

Osho's salutation in this letter is "प्रिय मां", Priya Maan, Dear Mom. There are none of the hand-written marks seen in other letters. The ink used is mostly black, with three sentences in red. The letter published in Jeevan-Darshan (जीवन दर्शन) (letters) as letter #1, Krantibeej (क्रांतिबीज) as letter #3 (edited and trimmed text) and later in Bhavna Ke Bhojpatron Par Osho (भावना के भोजपत्रों पर ओशो) on p 249 (2002 edition; date in the books is incorrect - "7 Dec 1963 om"). PS left out in both books.

While concluding the letter Osho writes: "I am in bliss. You are coming to Multai - this imagination gives happiness. Rajneesh Ke Pranam" The PS reads: "I had just finished writing this letter when the telegram arrived. This is not good - I only thought of Multai with you - now it would be felt lonely there! What untimely falling sick by Parakh Ji? - he could have, even after a day or so? Write what has happened - I am worried."

xxx
