This is one of hundreds of letters Osho wrote to Ma Anandmayee, then known as Madan Kunwar Parakh. It is undated, except for the year, 1963. The letterhead has "Acharya Rajneesh" in a large, messy font to the right of and above the rest, which reads:

Darshan Vibhag [Department of Philosophy]
Mahakoshal Kala Mahavidyalaya [Mahakoshal Arts University]
115, Napier Town
Jabalpur (M.P.)

This letter has Osho's most common salutation to her, "प्रिय मां", Priya Maan, Dear Mom. There are a couple of the hand-written marks seen in other letters, a black tick mark up top and a faint, mirror-image number bottom right, which appears to be 199. See discussion for details concerning this "199" and the possibilities of narrowing this letter's date range.

This letter has been published in Krantibeej (क्रांतिबीज) as letter 52 (edited and trimmed text) and later in Bhavna Ke Bhojpatron Par Osho (भावना के भोजपत्रों पर ओशो) on p 242, also dated there only as 1963.

(2) The BKBPO page 242 and hand written number १९९ (199) on the reverse side fit serially; (3) also it matches with KB #052 which has not been identified and linked with any other manuscript.}

The PS reads: "I reached well and sound that night. By now you must have reached home, too. Write letter. Pranam to all."
From this PS and the letter of BKBPO p. 241 (see discussion for its translation) we can infer that Osho must have written this letter after his talk at Bhopal on 1st Sep morning as he arrives back at Jabalpur same night well on 1st itself as planned. (The direct train journey being some 330 km and some 6 hours - it's possible to take a train in a/n or evening to have reached same night of 1 Sep). And Ma must have joined him at Bhopal (probably with Sharda and Pararth, her baby) in line with his suggestion to Sharda in the above letter to her; as Osho writes here in PS "By now you must have reached home, too." So in all probability the date of this letter must be 2nd or 3rd Sep as Osho was to start for Jaipur on 3rd Sep evening.
