Letterhead reads:

And there is a large Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo bottom left

The letter is dated 6th August 1967** and addressed to Sw Narottam Bharti, then known as Narottamdas Jagjeevandas. It is not known to have been previously published.

ACHARYA RAJNISH 115, NAPIER TOWN : JABALPUR (M.P.) मेरे प्रिय, प्रेम। मैं प्रवास में था। लौटा हूँ तो आपका पत्र मिला है। सितम्बर में तो सुरेंद्रनगर आना संभव नहीं है, क्योंकि २,३,४ सितम्बर मैं पूना बोलूंगा और ५,६,७ अहमदाबाद तथा ८ सित. बम्बई। नवम्बर में सुरेंद्रनगर आना होसकता है। उस समय मैं राजकोट आने का सोच रहा हूँ। राजकोट के कार्यक्रम के आगे या पीछे एक दिन के लिए सुरेन्द्रनगर भी आसकूंगा। कार्यक्रम और तारीखें अभी तय नहीं हुई हैं। तय होते ही सूचित करूंगा। वहां सब मित्रों को मेरे प्रणाम कहें। रजनीश के प्रणाम ६/८/१९६७

Translation

"My Dear,

Love. I was in the journey. On return I got your letter. In September it’s not possible to come to Surendranagar because I will be speaking on 2, 3, 4 September at Poona and 5, 6, 7 at Ahmedabad and 8 Sep at Bombay. It’s possible to come to Surendranagar in November. During that time, I am planning to come to Rajkot. One day ahead or after the Rajkot program I can come also to Surendranagar. Program and dates are not finalised. As soon as it’s finalised, I will inform (you). Convey my PRANAM to all the friends there.
