Letterhead is from Woodlands. It reads, in Devanagari script:
- Acharya Rajneesh
- A-1 Woodland Apartments, Peddar Road, Bombay
The logo in the upper right corner is the familiar Jeevan Jagriti Kendra logo. It is signed in Mumbai Sep 20 1971, shortly before the Nirvan Upanishad (निर्वाण उपनिषद) camp at Mt Abu. The name written in blue ink is Sadhvi Yoga Asheesh which was crossed out with red ink and replaced by the new name Ma Yoga Krishna. The crossing-out with the red pen is what is dated; the date the previous "Sadhvi" name was given is not known, whether months before or just days.
