It is a typed letter, dated 10th January 1964, sent from Jabalpur and signed (and even typed) with "Rajneesh ke pranaam". It is not known to have been previously published.
The recipient's name is Rajendranath Tripathi, who worked for the Life Insurance Corp of India in Bombay, after starting with them in Nagpur. It is one of four letters known to have been written to Shree RN. Letterhead is the same as the two below from Sep 1963.
