होश आत्मा का दीया है। वही ध्यान है, उसी को मैं मेडिटेशन कहता हूं। होश ध्यान है। निरंतर अपने जीवन के प्रति, सारे तथ्यों के प्रति जागे हुए होना ध्यान है। वही दीया है, वही ज्योति है। उसको जगा लें और फिर देखें, पाएंगे, अंधेरा क्रमशः विलीन होता चला जा रहा है। एक दिन आप पाएंगे, अंधेरा है ही नहीं। एक दिन आप पाएंगे, आपके सारे प्राण प्रकाश से भर गए। और एक ऐसे प्रकाश से, जो अलौकिक है। एक ऐसे प्रकाश से, जो परमात्मा का है। एक ऐसे प्रकाश से, जो इस लोक का नहीं, इस समय का नहीं, इस काल का नहीं, जो कहीं दूरगामी, किसी बहुत केंद्रीय तत्व से आता है। और उसके ही आलोक में जीवन नृत्य से भर जाता है, संगीत से भर जाता है। तभी शांति है, तभी सत्य है।
