- Path Ki Khoj has had a complicated history, its content shifting and mutating considerably over the years. It was first published as a one-chapter booklet called Sinhanad (सिंहनाद) in 1965. As Path Ki Khoj, it was for a long time only published as part of an expanded Sadhana Path (साधना पथ) (see the discussion there for details). At some point, it seems to have come out as a separate book of seven chapters, of which the original Sinhanad was chapter 5 (but now also called Path Ki Khoj). That edition is said to have incorporated two other early booklets, Surya Ki Or Udan (सूर्य की ओर उड़ान) and Satya Ke Agyat Sagar Ka Amantran (सत्य के अज्ञात सागर का आमंत्रण) and four chapters from a nine-discourse series, Jeevan Ki Khoj (जीवन की खोज).
- The most recent book version, the only one since the various Sadhana Path efforts to be found with any publication details, was published in 2015. It has six of the seven chapters mentioned above, dropping Amantran.
