"It was written to Ms Jayshree, who still lives in Bhavnagar (Gujrat). She is wife of a photographer who took photographs of Osho during his visits to Bhavnagar. She is not a sannyasin." and

"At that time, Ms Jayshree was living in Dwarka with her maternal family."

The location of writing is very probably the Meditation Camp at Dwarka where Osho is known to be in the morning of Oct 31, 1969.
