"It was written to Mrs. Jayshree, who still lives in Bhavnagar (Gujrat). She is wife of a photographer who took photographs of Osho during his visits to Bhavnagar. She is not a sannyasin."

The location of writing could be the Meditation Camp at Dwarka where is known to be in the morning of Oct 31, 1969, or some place where Osho traveled to later that day.
