Initiated into human existence on May 9, 1963 in Cincinnati (Taurus; water rabbit).

Initiated into the Kashmir Shaivite tradition on May 27, 1999 in San Francisco.

Initiated into Osho Sannyas on December 29, 2017 in Pune (visited several times since 1999).

As of this writing, not yet initiated into mahasamadhi.
