He stayed in Pune with his mum Yatri in the early 90ies and following that spent a year at Osho Ko Ko Hsuan School. He then returned to Fremantle, WA.
At the age of eighteen Kavyen returned to England in an attempt to re-kindle the friendship with his former classmates at Ko Hsuan. He subsequently returned to Pune. It was in India that he decided that it was time to get serious about his music.
