Rudra, this book doen't state any publisher. It means that the book has NOT publisher! Colophon just has Moscow (М.).
Russian libraries in this case write: "б.и." (without publisher). This is not an isolated case and the absence of a publisher's books, as i understand it, allowed.--DhyanAntar 15:11, 26 June 2017 (UTC)
