Original source for this book would be the first edition of Osho's talks on adhyaya 4, ch. 10-18. The pub info for Antar Agni states "Geeta Darshan Vol IV, Chapters 10-18", apparently referring to Geeta Darshan's 18-Volume model. This reference is likely needed to extend OIF's copyright claim back into the 70s.
Note also the "5" on the cover. In conjunction with the "4" on the cover of Sanatan Satya (सनातन सत्य), it suggests Diamond / Fusion has its own numbering system for Geeta Darshan volumes, running roughly parallel to the numbering of the adhyayas but also getting ahead of them, since Osho's talks on some of the adhyayas -- eg this one -- ran much too long for Diamond's small book model. -- doofus-9 17:29, 15 November 2018 (UTC)
