Found in the net audio with title "208-Karm-Aur-Dhyan-SAS-3" and it is Sukh Aur Shanti ~ 03, i.e. ch.3 of Shailendra's PDF. And query "कर्म और ध्यान" found only in this chapter of SAS series. It means Karn Aur Dhyan is alt.title for this talk.
