About the 1989 Oct 8 issue:
There should be an event page of this (e.g. Dictated Response ~ 03), and the newspaper article should be OCR'd and published on that event-page. Then link the timeline to that event. --Sugit (talk) 07:43, 29 March 2023 (UTC)
