This previously unknown book from a previously unknown publisher raises some questions, which have only (very) partial answers ...

The title, Tyag, means, roughly, "sacrifice". Like this is Osho's message to the world? Um, i don't think so. Perhaps it is the publisher's message. Osho has used variants of this word in names he has given his sannyasins, Tyago, Tyagi and so on, meaning "renunciation". This all will tend to have a specialized, possibly context-dependent meaning in Osho's lexicon ... Nowhere to go with this really, but we have to suspect there might be a bit of publisher agenda in this collection, however authentic Osho's words might be. Compiling credit is given to Kranti fwiw, apparently referring to Ma Yoga Kranti, Osho's cousin-sister.

Who exactly the publisher is is not said, just an address in Ahmedabad is given. The only info on the pub-info page is about the printer, which turns out to be a bit of a shocker: it is Arvind Kumar Jain, Osho's cousin-brother and Kranti's brother, with the name of a business in Indore, Modern Printery Limited. Well! What can he be up to with this? Undoubtedly promoting Osho in his own way, but ...

Of the other titles offered on this page, three are familiar, Main Mrityu Sikhata, Sadhana Path and Jeevan-Mrityu, though any of these could be agendified by selectivity. The fourth, संघर्ष, is unfamiliar, meaning "struggle", another concept not widely promoted by Osho. Oh well ...

Sangharsh (संघर्ष) has since been added. -- 18:41, 22 March 2020 (UTC)

Vintage? The three recognisable titles point to some older material being used, the pics are from the early 70s, but the name Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh putting this publication mid-1971 or later. Probably not a lot later, something like 1972-74, given the pics and titles. -- doofus-9 20:22, 27 December 2019 (UTC)
