According to the file-number method of assigning rough date ranges, the date for this undated letter might or should fall into a nice narrow range between the letters with the immediately preceding and following file numbers, 815 and 817, or Apr 15-25 1961. This method/system has much to recommend it but will surely have exceptions from time to time, and this may be one.

Indications are:

1. The two letters with those dates use a different letterhead than this one, and are the only two (thus far) to do so.

2. Those two letters use a different salutation, "पूज्य मां", Pujya Maan, one which was apparently becoming a new default, ie other letters before them had also been adopting this Pujya Maan as well, while this one reverts to the old standard, "प्रिय मां", Priya Maan.

These indications do not create a bullet-proof case, but they are enough to raise the doubt level. -- doofus-9 08:28, 18 November 2019 (UTC)
