 Groningen, July 18, 1983 To whom it may concern, I, Ada (Alida Katharina) Vroegindeweij, born June 22, 1948 at Dordrecht, The Netherlands, being duly sworn, do depose and say as follows: After grammar-school I finished Library-school and qualified for teaching Dutch language and literature. Through various kinds of jobs, during eleven years, I got aquainted with many aspects of society. Now I am for five years employed as a librarian by the County Government of Groningen, The Netherlands. May 1982 I came into touch with Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, by a massagist, who is a disciple of Him. For years I have medical complaints, for which no regular therapy existed. Even psychiatry could not help me, because I was too intelligent, as they said. So I had to do it myself and tried all kinds of alternative therapy. The above massagist made a start for dissolving my medical complaints, a process of growth, which I am still working on. Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh doesnot give any medical therapy, but he gives exercises and techniques (e.i. meditation) which have a therapeutic effect. Although I do not recognize Him as my Master, I consider Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh a person whose exceptional qualities have a favourable influence on many people. I consider Him a predecessor of a new era in which people will live in mutual understanding, on an earth which, thanks to high technology, is cleaned from environmental pollution.
