This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch.

Mantova, July 20 1983

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I undersigned, Franco Tarchini, Doctor of Economics and Commerce, previously teacher of commercial and administrative technology at the Institute of Commercial Technology and at the Experimental Lyceum at Mantova, presently management consultant at Lugano,

after having heard about Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh by reading some of his books, started to do some of the meditation techniques devised by him. In my work they have deeply and in every way improved my relationships with my students and colleague professors. Even in my present work, the open and positive attitude brought about by the teachings of this Spiritual Master has helped me to act with great clarity in my business decisions, including in its most specifically scientific and technological aspects.

The enormous knowledge he has in both religious and scientific fields - and the comprehensive vision of the world that springs from it - makes the books of this modern Master a great heritage. From this heritage each and every one of us can draw elements of clarity on the deep existential questions concerning the problems arising in our work or in our everyday life.
