Testimonial letter from Ma Anurag Parawa and Sw Anand Punyam
This letter is one of a remarkable series of over 2650 letters amassed in 1983 to support Osho's attempt to get permanent resident status in the US at the time of the Oregon ranch. The image is reproduced here with the kind permission of The Oregon Historical Society.  Beatrix Thomas-Gundi To whom it may concerne, J’m also a member of several ensembles, who give concerts in all Europe. My education was mainly concerned to train my intellectual part in music. It was more important to have a technical brilliance, than to play with your feelings, with your heart. Since J am with Bhagwan, J could combine the two sides in a. harmonious way and J feel whole again, as a human beeing and a musician. Before J was separate from real life, J was just allowed to use my intellectual part. Intellect is good, but when the feelings are missing, it is just one part of you. And as you can see the problems, we have now in the whole world, as results of one-sided trained people, you should be thankful to Bhagwan, that he helps the people to get whole again, and when people are whole again, there will be peace and love in the world. So my question to you is: Why do you want to get rid of a Genius like Bhagwan, who works for the peace? In the name of me and my friend (Bernhard Fleig, who is also a Sannyasin and a famous harpsichord builder) we wish, that Bhagwan can stay in Oregon, so that many people can spend parts of their vacation there, to get the love and wisdom of Bhagwan, to take new energy home and have a more fulfilled life, and then peace will follow love like a shadow in the whole world.
