 SCUOLA SUPERIORE PER INTERPRETI E TRADUTTORI TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I teach English Language and Literature at the S.S.I.T. which, together whith its other branches in other major Italian cities, is the only school in Italy offering a four-years course for Translators and Consecutive/Simultenous Interpreters plus a year’s specialization for EEC Interpreters. During my last two years at the School I have had occasion to meet the disciples, and through them the doctrine, of Bhagwan Shree Rayneesh. The spiritual stature of the man is undoubtedly such that he would be an asset and a gain for any society harbouring him. His teachings which aim at developing all of man’s hidden potential, in full respect of each and all individual being, can only contribute to making any human society more humane, balanced and self-reliant, a goal well within the spirit of the American tradition and Constitution.
